We have a new (and improved) telephone system in the surgery, we are hoping for a smooth transition but please be patient with us if there are any teething problems.
Although we open at 7.30am, our phone lines do not open until 8.00am.
Please be mindful we will be closed for the upcoming bank holiday: Monday 27th May 2024
When we are closed, please call our usual number 0121 472 0187. This will automatically direct you to our answer machine which will give you the number of our out-of-hours cover provider.
Please note: there are no clinicians on site from 13.00 on a Wednesday afternoon.
